Rates
Studios
Rates start from $99 per night during the winter months, up to $115 per night during the other seasons. Rates are generally higher on Fridays and Saturdays, and special rates may apply during holidays. Please check the availability/ rates calendar for current rates.
A single night reservation is $125
Studios accommodate one or two people, but a third person may be accommodated for short periods and with prior notification. There is a $25 surcharge for a third person. Apartment
Rates are $149 per night for a week day, and $159 per night for weekends.

All reservations are subject to an 16% Hotel Operators tax.
Payment\ Cancellation Policy
Full payment is taken at time of reservation. All major credit cards accepted, and payment can be made via this website (the ‘availability’ tab) or via the phone ( 773-319-2331)
*Full refund is issued with one weeks’ notice. 50% refund is available if less than one week’s notice. Payment is non-refundable with less than 24 hours’ notice.
*Please note that there is a 5% fee for all refunds in order to cover transaction costs.
